How to get more Facebook likes.

It’s different almost every day. Some days I wake up, read my Bible, drink some coffee, read a good novel for a few hours and then go to a shoot. Some days I literally edit nonstop until my eyes bleed. Some days I shoot a wedding. Some days I’m emailing clients and vendors and uploading galleries. Some days I go location scouting and exploring. Some days I’m meeting other photographers. Some days I’m logging my purchases and mileage. Some days I’m working with Plow & Hearth on location. Some days I watch CreativeLIVE courses online to learn more about photography. Some days I don’t do anything. It’s the best job ever because I am almost never bored. I love that I create my own schedule.

Gooood question. Someone asked me that today. I think most of it is Facebook. People like my page and when I tag clients, all of their friends see. I have never paid for advertising before but I do think my website has built-in SEO. Also, when I first came home from school a couple years ago to do wedding photography, my dad was doing work for the family that owned a nearby vineyard so he got me connected with them and I photographed some of their dinners in return for being put on their preferred vendors list. So three of my weddings this year came from them! I totally recommend connecting with venues in your area and seeing if you can offer to photograph their venue or any of their events in return for them handing out your business cards! But definitely post your BEST work to Facebook and tag all your clients. :) That’s what has worked for me!

I’m just gonna make a list because that’ll be easier. :)
